Destry (1954) [Brandy]: Shot to death by Lyle Bettger when she runs in front of Audie Murphy and takes the bullet for him. (See also Marlene Dietrich in the 1939 version Destry Rides Again.) (Thanks to Anonymous)
"She Devil" (1957) [Kyra Zelas]: Dies of tuberculosis after Jack Kelly and Albert Dekker removes her peneal gland that was creating her super immune system.

Twice-Told Tales (The Corpse-Makers; Nights of Terror) (1963) [Sylvia Ward]: Poisoned (off-screen) by Vincent Price, many years before the story begins. Her body is shown afterwards when Vincent and Sebastian Cabot enter her underground crypt and discover that the water dripping in the cave has miraculously preserved her body. They then bring her body into Sebastian's laboratory, where they use the formula to bring her back to life. She dies once again when the formula wears off and she turns into a skeleton.

Perry Mason: The Case of the Melancholy Marksman (1962) [Irene Chase]: Shot to death (off-screen) during a struggle with Peter Baldwin; we learn of her death afterwards from a radio news report. (Thanks to Dignan)
