Twilight (1998) [Gloria Lamar ("Mucho")]: Shot repeatedly in the chest and stomach by James Garner; she dies whilst talking to Paul Newman.
Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007) [Ma Cox]: Hit on the head by a falling radio, after she falls out of a window while dancing with her husband (Raymond J. Barry); Shown in a flashback when Raymond tells their son (John C. Reilly) what happened. She appears as a sprit at John's final concert. (Played for comedic effect.)
Secretariat (2010) [Miss Ham]: Dies (off-screen) many years after the film ends; her death is mentioned in the closing text.
The Kitchen (2019) [Helen O'Carroll]: Kicked down a few stairs by Tiffany Haddish, causing her to break her neck when she falls.
Blow the Man Down (2019) [Enid Devlin]: Smothered with a pillow by Gayle Rankin as she is laying in bed.
Cocaine Bear (2023) [Ranger Liz]: On top of being mauled by a black bear previously, she dies of her injuries after she is thrown from a speeding ambulance while being strapped to a gurney, and landing face-down on the road. Her body is shown much later when Keri Russell, Brooklynn Prince and Christian Convery are walking past the ambulance wreck.

Dexter: Easy as Pie (2008) [Carmilla Figg]: Poisoned when Michael C. Hall feeds her a drugged pie (at her own request) as an assisted suicide while she's lying in a bed at a hospice, suffering from cancer.
Justified: Bloody Harlan (2011) [Mags Bennett]: Commits suicide by drinking poisoned apple pie wine, while talking to Timothy Olyphant.
The Act (2019) [Dee Dee's Mother]: Dies in her bed of a respiratory crisis caused by some long-term illness, after Patricia Arquette refuses to bring her her medicine.
