Miracle Mile (1988) [Julie Peters]: Either drowned (along with Anthony Edwards) after their helicopter crashes into the LaBrea tar pits, or killed in an explosion when the nuclear missiles hit the city; the movie ends with them sinking into the tar, followed by the blast, so it's ambiguous which of the two events killed them.
Better Off Dead (1993) [Kit Killner]: Executed in the gas chamber.

George Wallace (1997 TV movie) [Lurleen Wallace]: Dies (off-screen) of cancer.
Grey's Anatomy: The Other Side of This Life Part 2 (2007) [Susan Grey]: Dies (off-screen) during surgery to treat her acid reflux.
Under the Dome: Speak of the Devil (2013) [Agatha Seagrave]: Drowned in the lake after she fell off Dean Norris' boat and he left her there in the previous episode. Her body was later found by Natalie Zea.
American Horror Story: Coven: The Replacements (2013) [Alicia Spencer]: Bludgeoned (off-screen) with a trophy by her son (Evan Peters). Her body is discovered by Taissa Farmiga.
American Horror Story: Hotel: Chutes and Ladders (2015) [Miss Evers]: Shot in the head at her own request by Evan Peters (She appears as a ghost throughout the season).
American Horror Story: Cult: Mid-Western Assassin (2017) [Sally Keffler]: Shot in the chest by Evan Peters after he posts a fake suicide note on Mare's Facebook page.
