- The Mist (2007) [Mrs. Carmody]: Shot in the head by Toby Jones as she urges her followers to sacrifice Nathan Gamble.

- King of Texas (2002 TV) [Susannah Lear Tumlinson]: Shoots herself in the head after she briefly rides away on her horse; we only see her fall off the horse in the distance. (Thanks to Richard)
