- The Twilight Zone: A Most Unusual Camera (1960) [Waiter]: Falls out of the window (off-camera, though it's unclear how he fell out) after the picture shows four bodies on the ground (his being the fourth); we only see the camera drop to the floor as he falls.
- The Man From U.N.C.L.E. The Virtue Affair (1965) [Raoul Dubois]: Gunned down in his house when two masked motorcycle riders come riding in through the french windows. (Thanks to Brian)
