The Marine (2006) [Bennett]: Neck snapped (off-camera) when John Cena jumps on his neck; his body is shown afterwards when John places him beside Anthony Ray Parker's body.
The Condemned (2007) [Paco]: Burned to death when Vinnie Jones throws a cigar at him after dousing him with alcohol, on top of being badly beaten by Vinnie and Masa Yamaguchi.
30 Days of Night (2007) [Deputy Billy Kitka]: Decapitated with an axe by Josh Hartnett, after Manu is transformed into a vampire and gets part of his arm torn off in the machinery. (Thanks to ND)
The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) [Azog the Defiler]: Stabbed in the chest at the end of a sword duel with Richard Armitage, after Richard allows Manu fatally to stab him so that he can kill Manu in return. (Manu performed the role in motion capture; his likeness is entirely CGI.)

Xena: Warrior Princess: Antony & Cleopatra (2000) [Marc Antony]: Stabbed to death by Lucy Lawless after trying to kill her. (Historically inaccurate: the real Antony commited suicide.)
Shortland Street (2002) [Jack Hewitt]: Commits suicide by jumping in front of a truck to avoid prison.
Spartacus: Separate Paths (2013) [Crixus]: Dying of his wounds after a arrow went through his stomach, he is witnessed when his head is sliced off by Christian Antidormi.
Arrow: Invasion! (2016) [Slade Wilson/Deathstroke]: Shot in the eye with an arrow by Stephen Amell at the conclusion of their fight. Manu wears his mask throughout this battle. (This takes place in a hallucinated world so Manu is still alive.)
The Shannara Chronicles: Blood (2017) [Allanon / Warlock Lord]: Playing a dual role "Allanon" is killed by the "Warlock Lord" at the end of a fight when he is ran through with a sword. his body disintegrates after his death. The "Warlock Lord" is killed by Austin Butler when he is stabbed in the heart with the Sword of Shannara. His body disintegrates as well.
