- The House on Carroll Street (1988) [Salwen]: Falls to his death during a struggle.
- Wish I Was Here (2014) [Gabe]: Dies of cancer with his sons (Zach Braff & Josh Gad) by his side.
TV Deaths[]
- The Hunchback (TV Movie) (1997) [Quasimodo]: Stabbed by Richard Harris, but survives by hanging on parapet when Richard instantly falls to his death. Salma Hayek and Edward Atterton then arrive on the balcony for Mandy's aid. Mandy slowly dies inside the bell tower afterwards.
- Hercules: The Animated Series: Hercules and the World's First Doctor (1998) [Hippocrates]: Dies of an illness placed by James Woods after he resurrected everyone killed by James' plague. He appears as a spirit afterwards, and is returned to life after Tate Donovan and Robert Costanzo journeyed to the Underworld to get him back.
- Criminal Minds: Nelson's Sparrow (2015) [Jason Gideon]: Shot in the stomach and head (off-screen) by Arye Gross in Mandy's cabin. His body (covered in a sheet) is shown when Matthew Gray Gubler enters the cabin and sees Thomas Gibson, A.J. Cook, Shemar Moore, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Joe Mantegna standing over Mandy's body. (NOTE: Mandy didn't psychically appear in this episode but since his character's death is established in this episode, it might as well be listed.)
