- The Bounty (1984) [Dr. John Huggan] Dies of alcohol poisoning after staggering about drunk on a Tahiti beach.

- Doctor Who: The Dominators (1968) [Etnin]: Killed by a Quark.
- Doctor Who: The Horns of Nimon (1979/80) [Co-Pilot]: Killed by the Nimon. (True fact: when he is killed, as he collapses, the back of his trousers rip. Look closely.)
- Emmerdale (24th November 2004) [Roger Dyson]: Collapses from a heart attack whilst playing golf with Ken Farrington and sons.
