- The Burning Cross (1947) [Kitty West]: Burned to death, along with her father-in-law (Clinton Rosemond) when a group of Klansman set fire to their house.
- What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962) [Elvira Stitt]: Beaten to death with a hammer by Bette Davis, while Joan Crawford looks on in horror. We see Bette swinging the hammer, then the scene cuts to Joan's reaction. Her body is shown again later on when Bette takes her out of the house in a wheelchair. (Thanks to Johan and Bryan)
- Airport '77 (1977) [Dorothy]: Hit on the head by a falling object when the plane crashes into the ocean; she dies of her injuries off-screen and her death is discovered when Olivia de Havilland attempts to wake her up once the plane resurfaces. (Thanks to Johan and Bryan)
