- Smallville: Redux (2002) [Chrissy Parker]: Rapidly ages to death after Tom Welling stops her from stealing a victim's youth. She would crumble to dust after dying. (Thanks to Aiden)
- True Calling: The Last Good Day (2005) [Megan Roberts]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by jumping from a clocktower; her body is shown afterwards when Jason Priestley hears the commotion and approaches her, just before the day "rewinds." When the day replays differently, she accidentally goes over the ledge of the clock tower while reaching for a paper, and falls to her death when Jason lets go of her hand. (Thanks to Alex)
- Justified: Thick As Mud (2012) [Layla]: Shot in the lower chest by Timothy Olyphant just as she's about to shoot him; although Nick Searcy states that the jury is still out on her fate, Stephen Root mentions that she died in a later episode. (Thanks to Jack)
