Dead Souls (2012) [Emma]: Bludgeoned to death by a possessed Bill Moseley. Her body is then possessed and killed again when Jesse James drives a nail through her heart.
The Green Inferno (2013) [Samantha]: Killed (off-screen) by the natives, who soon after cook her body and serve it to Lorenza Izzo, Ariel Levy, Daryl Sabara, Kirby Bliss Blanton and Nicolás Martínez; we learn of her death when Kirby realizes the meat they're eating is Magda after recognizing one of her tattoos on the skin.

Devil's Diary (2007) [Ursula Wilson]: Asphyxiates from her vomit after Miriam McDonald has Deanna Casaluce use a supernatural book to kill her (off-screen); her body is shown when Alexz Johnson, Andrea Brooks, Tyler Boissonnault, and Andrew Francis discover her.
Robot Chicken: The Curious Case of the Box (2011) [Gladys]: Magda dies twice in the episode after being touched on the head by the Grim Reaper (voiced by Bryan Cranston), the second time taking place after Magda is already in Heaven, causing her to ascend to Super Heaven. (Played for comedic effect)
Continuum: Second Last (2013) [Emily / Maya]: Shot in the shoulder then the stomach by Zak Santiago.
Til Death Do Us Part (2014) [Jolene Richardson]: Shot to death by police as she charges at Haylie Duff with a broken shard of glass.
Supernatural: The Thing (2018) [Sandy]: Sacrificed to a monster from another dimension, which asphyxiates her by forcing a tentacle down her throat. Once Magda is dead, the monster takes over her body.
