- Dear God No! (2011) [Edna Marco]: Decapitated by the monster (Jim Stacy) after she attempts to reason with it.
- Frankenstein Created Bikers (2016) [Edna Marco/Cat Girl #5]: Having been brought back to life (still as a disembodied head) by her father (Paul McComiskey), she dies once again when Jett Bryant drops her head off a cliff. (The slow-motion fall was done with the real Madeline green-screened against the background to appear bodiless; the head that hits the ground is an obvious special-effects dummy head.) Madeline also plays a dual role as the masked "Cat Girl #5"; presumably she's one of the "Cat Girls" that is killed, but I don't know which one she was. (Nudity alert: Topless as "Cat Girl #5"--again, I don't know which one she was, but all of the "Cat Girls" are topless.)
