- Polaroid (2019) [Sarah]: Killed by The Entity after her photo is taken with a cursed camera. We only hear slashes and then her body falls from the attic and onto the floor.

- Riverdale: Chapter One Hundred and Fourteen: The Witches of Riverdale (2022) [Cheryl Blossom]: Temporarily clinically dead (along with Camila Mendes and Erinn Westbrook) as a result of Kiernan Shipka performing a ritual to allow them to cross over into the Afterlife, in an attempt to bring K.J. Apa, Cole Sprouse, Vanessa Morgan and Drew Ray Tanner back to the mortal realm. (Madelaine survives the rest of the episode.)
- Riverdale: Chapter One Hundred and Twenty-Two: Tales in a Jugular Vein (2023) [Cheryl Blossom]: In a series of short stories narrated by Cole Sprouse / Alex Rockhill: The segment Love You to Pieces ends with the strong implication that Madelaine will die from leprosy, along with KJ Apa, after Barbara Wallace informs KJ that she contracted it while abroad and is the reason she warned him not to let Madelaine touch him. (Madelaine survives the episode in reality.)
