- Murder Party (2007) [Macon]: Falls from the studio rooftop on accident.
- Blue Ruin (2013) [Dwight]: Dies off-screen of gunshot wounds sustained in a shootout with Eve Plumb and Stacy Rock in addition to having been shot earlier by his half brother (David W. Thompson). He is last seen breathing his last on the floor afterwards.
- Small Crimes (2017) [Scotty Caldwell]: Shot in the chest and arm by Pat Healy; he dies after speaking to Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.
- Hold the Dark (2018) [Shan]: Stabbed through the top of his head by Alexander Skarsgard.
- Kindred Spirits (2019) [Alex]: Bludgeoned with a shovel by Caitlin Stasey, later succumbing to the injuries he received from falling into a dollhouse and being impaled by the debris.
- The Hunt (2020) [Fauxvoy]: Kicked out of the car that he is driving by Betty Gilpin, who then backs over him and crushes his head under the wheels as Wayne Duvall looks on in shock.
