- Skinwalkers (2006) [Doak]: Shot to death in a shoot-out with Jason Behr's gang outside the hospital.
- Saw IV (2007) [Officer Daniel Rigg]: Bleeds to death after previously being shot in the chest by Donnie Wahlberg (and subsequently activated Donnie's trap which kills him), we see him on the ground as Costas Mandylor reveals himself as a Jigsaw follower and says Game Over before he leaves Lyriq to die.
- Defendor (2009) [Wayne]: Shot repeatedly by A.C. Peterson after he discovers that Lyriq is an undercover cop.
- Mother's Day (2010) [Treshawn Jackson]: Shot in the back by Rebecca De Mornay moments after he accidentally shot his wife (Kandyse McClure) thinking it was Rebecca when Kandyse tries to stop him due to him being deaf after having hot boiling water poured into his ear earlier by Rebecca as punishment for not following the rules.
