- The Ward (2010) [Iris]: Stabbed in the eye with a lobotomy chisel by Jillian Kramer, while Lyndsy is strapped to a table (Lyndsy is later revealed to be another personality that Mika Boorem is overcoming).
Television Deaths[]
- Nikita: Wanted (2013) [Alex]: Shot in the head (off-camera) by government soldiers. Her body (along with those of Noah Bean and Aaron Stanford) is shown when she is discovered by a horrified Maggie Q. Her death is then shown to be a nightmare that Maggie is having; Lyndsy survives the episode in reality.
