- The Vindicator (1986) [Dr. Gail Vernon]: Clawed and bitten to death by several laboratory monkeys after she accidentally falls against the 'cage release' switch. Her body is shown again later on after being turned into a cyborg; she briefly comes back to life, but dies once again when the tubing for some kind of life-support fluid gets disconnected.
