- Hands of the Ripper (1971) [Long Liz]: Stabbed in the face and eye (through her own hand, with which she was trying to shield herself) with a fistful of hatpins by Angharad Rees. Lynda staggers out into the street before dying.
Television Deaths[]
- Doctor Who: Enlightenment (1983) [Wrack]: Thrown overboard into space (with Leee John) by Peter Davison and Mark Strickson. (As they were Eternals, they were merely displaced, and didn't truly die.)
