- Doctor Who: The Exploding Planet (1965) [Drahvin Three]: Killed (along with Stephanie Bidmead, Susanna Carroll, and Marina Martin) when the planet explodes while they are trapped on it. (The BBC's recording of this episode was destroyed in the BBC's periodic house-cleaning; no copies are known to still exist.)
