Creature (1985) [David Perkins]: Mauled to death by the alien. His body (while still alive) is shot into space in order to try and kill the creature that was eating him at the time. (Thanks to Michael)
Guilty As Charged (1991) [Mark Stanford]: Electrocuted in Rod Steiger's cellar when his seat is suddenly converted into an electric chair, after Rod has tricked him into thinking he's there to witness Michael Beach's "execution."
Mikey (1992) [Mr. Jenkins]: Shot with an arrow by Brian Bonsall as he tries to shoot him, only to discover Brian removed the bullets. His body is later seen as John Diehl discovers all of Brian's victims seated round a dinning room table, moments before Brian throws a Molotov cocktail setting the house on fire. (Thanks to Robert)
Sleepwalkers (1992) [Mr. Robertson]: Bleeds to death after his neck is slashed when Alice Krige breaks a vase over his face while Cindy Pickett looks on.
The Force (1994) [Captain Maddox]: Shot in the chest by Jason Gedrick when Lyman turns and points his gun at Jason.

Kojak: Case Without a File (1977) [Larry Jordan]: Shot twice in the chest by Sidney Clute; we only hear the shots and see Angel Tompkins' reaction, his body is seen when she rushes into his office and finds him.
Murder, She Wrote: Killer Radio (1993) [Colin Crowe]: Shot twice in the chest by Harry Guardino on a radio transmitter; his body is shown afterwards when the transmitter is unveiled during an opening ceremony, and the murder is shown in a flashback later on.
