Blade II (2002) [Jared Nomak]: Stabbed in the chest by Wesley Snipes at the end of a battle; Luke then drives home the blade himself, causing his body to disintegrate into ash. (Thanks to Evan)
The Man (2005) [Joey/Kane]: Shot repeatedly in the chest and stomach by Samuel L. Jackson after Eugene Levy bites his wrist whilst being held at gun point.
Unearthed (2006) [Kale]: Killed by the ancient entity (I haven’t seen all of this but it’s confirmed he’s not among the survivors).
Hellboy II: The Golden Army (2008) [Prince Nuada]: Killed when his sister (Anna Walton) commits suicide/sacrifices herself by stabbing herself in the chest, thus mortally wounding him through their mystic bond. His body turns to stone and crumbles after his death.
Tekken (2010) [Steve Fox]: Shot by Ian Anthony Dale's men when they storm the compound Luke, Jon Foo and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa are hiding in.
Interview with a Hitman (2012) [Viktor]: Shot to death by Caroline Tillette; he dies as she talks to him.

Annihilation Earth (2009) [David]: Killed along with everyone else on Earth when the super collider he helped create causes the planet to explode.
El Dorado: City of Gold (2010) [Col. Sam Grissom]: Burned to death when hit by a solar beam from a gem device reflecting sunlight when Shane West moves it in his direction at the end of a struggle (having been impaled on a spear).
