- Scream 4 (Scre4m) (2011) [Sherrie Marconi]: Throat slit by Ghostface (Dane Farwell). This turns out to be a film-within-the-film sequence that Kristen Bell and Anna Paquin are watching, which itself turns out to be a film-within-the-film sequence that Aimee Teegarden and Britt Robertson are watching. - Fantasy Island (2020) [Melanie Cole]: Pulled into a pool and drowned by the zombie Evan Evagora after Portia Doubleday wishes for Lucy and Evan to be together (having taking a sip of the springwater from the canteen).

- CSI Miami: Show Stopper (2010) [Phoebe Nichols/Vanessa Patton]: Playing a dual role, "Vanessa" is electrocuted and has a fatal heart attack when Erik Smith shoots her with a stun gun, igniting her stage makeup and setting her on fire during a concert. Erik kills her on Lucy's mom's orders (Jackie Debatin), "Phoebe" survives the episode. (Thanks to Stephen)
