Shaun of the Dead (2004) [Dianne]: Presumably eaten by the zombies (off-screen) after she rushes out of The Winchester when Dylan Moran is killed. (The DVD includes an animated "Plot Holes" segment that suggests she survives by hiding in a tree, but since the character is never seen again, it's best to list this here in case...)
Wonder Woman (2017) [Etta Candy]: Dies (off-screen) in the space of time between the 1918 scenes and the modern day framing scenes.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: The Dark Baptism (2018) [Hilda Spellman]: Hit over the head with a shovel by Miranda Otto (her sister) while Lucy is gardening. Her body is buried in the Kain's Pit cemetery and is later resurrected. (Lucy survives the rest of the episode.)
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Dreams in a Witch House (2018) [Hilda Spellman]: Hit over the head with a shovel by Miranda Otto; her body is buried in the Kain's Pit cemetery to resurrect her, however Richard Coyle reveals to Miranda that her death is permanent. (This is later revealed to be Miranda's nightmare induced by Megan Leitch, and Lucy survives the episode in reality.)
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: All of Them Witches (2020) [Hilda Spellman]: Shot to death (off-camera) by Miranda Otto, at Lucy's request, as a mercy killing after her transformation into a spider is complete. (She is buried in the Kain's Pit cemetery, however her fate is revealed in Sabrina the Legend when Kiernan Shipka informs Miranda that Lucy never resurrected, spurring Miranda to perform a ritual that allows Lucy to resurrect in her human form.)
