Thinner (1996) [Heidi Halleck]: Dies (off-screen) of rapid starvation, after she eats a piece of the pie into which Michael Constantine had transferred Robert John Burke's curse; her body is shown afterwards lying in bed when Robert wakes up the next morning and finds that the curse has worked.
Rogue River (2012) [Lea]: Lies on the bed next to the captive Michelle Page who seizes the chance to head butt her and as she lies in agony Page manages to get the urn of her father's ashes and force some of them down her throat, asphyxiating her.
3 from Hell (2019) [Nebraska]: Dies when her face was ripped apart with a blade by Bill Moseley and she was tied to a tree.

Battlestar Galactica: A Day in the Life (2007) [Carolanne Adama]: Killed by the Cylon robots.
