- Miracle Mile (1988) [Old Woman in Diner]: Killed (off-screen) when the nuclear missiles strike the city; the movie ends with the blast. We last see her sitting in an abandoned diner when Mare Winningham sees her while searching through the city before the attack. (It's debatable whether any of the characters survive the movie, but I'll only be listing the characters who don't try to escape the city and thus have no chance of survival.)
