Synopsis[]

Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis) has willingly abdicated his throne in Hell and retired to Los Angeles - the City of Angels - and taken ownership of a nightclub called Lux. He will on occasion grant favors to the mortals around him, favors that must be repaid. But when one of his humans is gunned down beside him, Lucifer, decides to help the LAPD Detective Chloe Decker solve the case. Intrigued by Chloe who doesn't react to his angelic powers, he continues to join her solving in homicides for his own amusement.
