- Dementia 13 (The Haunted and the Hunted) (1963) [Louise Holoran]: Hacked to death with an axe by Bart Patton as she starts to get out of the pond. Her body is shown later when Patrick Magee finds her hanging in the slaughterhouse.
- That Cold Day in the Park (1969) [Sylvia]: Fatally stabbed through the heart by Sandy Dennis as she lied on a bed in Sandy's house, after Luana had had sex with Michael Burns and emotionally enraged Sandy.
Television Deaths[]
- One Step Beyond: The Voice (1960) [Joan Goss]: Dies of scarlet fever six months after the story ends. We learn of her death in John Newland's closing monologue.
- The Outer Limits: The Guests (1964) [Teresa "Tess" Ames]: Rapidly ages to death and crumbles to dust when she leaves the house kept out of the timestream by the alien scientist.
