- The Party's Over (1965) [Melina]: Falls to her death when slightly drunk, losing her footing on the stairs in the loft apartment. She is then seen lying with her neck across the edge of a downstairs step so presumably she broke it. The rest of the party-goers do not realise she is dead, thinking she has passed out. TV Deaths[]
- Star Trek: Requiem for Methuselah (1969) [Rayna Kapec]: Playing an android, she "dies" when her programming shuts down, after she is overwhelmed with emotions while William Shatner and James Daly are fighting over her.
