- Sinbad of the Seven Seas (1989) [Sinbad/Sinbad Clone] Playing dual roles, the "Sinbad Clone" is thrown into a fire pit by the real 'Sinbad'. The real Sinbad survives.
TV Deaths:[]
- The Death of the Incredible Hulk (1990; TV film) [The Incredible Hulk]: Fatally injured in a fall from an exploding airplane; he dies shortly after transforming back into his Bill Bixby form. (There were plans to bring the character back to life in a proposed sequel, but Bill's real-life death prevented this from happening.) (Lou was beneath heavy make-up for his entire role).
- Adventure Time: The Lich (2012; animated) [Billy]: Killed (off screen) by The Lich (voiced by Ron Perlman); The Lich then wears his skin as a disguise in order to fool Finn (voiced by Jeremy Shada) and Jake (voiced by John DiMaggio) into helping him. He returns to Finn as a ghost in a later episode.
- Star Trek Continues: Lolani (2014) [Zaminhon]: Killed when Fiona Vroom sabotages his spaceship causing it to explode.
- Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! (2015 TV) [Agent Banner]: Bitten in his back by a shark.
