- Star Trek: The Next Generation: Who Watches The Watchers (1989) [Dr. Mary Warren]: Dies in sickbay, from injuries sustained in an explosion earlier in the episode, with James Greene by her side, while Patrick Stewart and Kathryn Leigh Scott look on.
- Cold Case: Sherry Darlin' (2003) [Krystal Hogan]: Suffocated/smothered with a pillow by Merritt Hicks, as her grandson (Jake Bern) looks on; her skeletal remains are discovered years later when Silas Weir Mitchell (Jake's older self) tells Kathryn Morris that he killed her instead. She appears at the end of the episode as a ghost/figment of Silas Weir's imagination after her murder is solved.
