- 'G' Men (1935) [Hugh Farrell]: Killed/shot by gangsters while on duty. We are confirmed of his death when Robert Armstrong gets the certificate.
- The Texas Rangers (1936) [Sam 'Polka Dot' McGee]: Shot to death in a shoot-out with Fred MacMurray. (Thanks to Brian)
- Bataan (1943) [Corporal Barney Todd]: Stabbed in the back with a bayonet by a Japanese soldier; he dies shortly after Robert Taylor brings him back to the camp. (Thanks to William)
- Lady in the Lake (1947) [Lieutenant DeGarmot]: Shot in the chest during a shoot-out with Tom Tully after Tom and the other cops arrive at the apartment. (The scene is shown from Robert Montgomery's point of view, as is the entire movie.)
