- Amanda by Night (1981; adult) [Bev]: Drowned when John Alderman kicks her in the head and knocks her unconscious during a struggle in his swimming pool. Her body is shown floating face down in the pool immediately afterwards, and is shown again later on in a photograph that Richard Bolla shows while questioning people. - Ten Little Maidens (1985; adult) [Agatha]: Commits suicide by drinking poison while sitting at the dinner table; she falls face-forward and dies after confessing her crimes to Ginger Lynn and Harry Reems.
