- Altered Carbon: Fallen Angel (2018) [Mary Lou Henchy]: Falls out of the sky and dies on impact when she hits a lake. Her body is shown many times throughout the episode, including several scenes in a morgue. Lisa's death is a mystery for a long time until the episode Rage in Heaven, when she is shown purposely falling to her death from a flying city in a desperate attempt to escape from Dichen Lachman. She did this because of a mistaken belief that she would be able to be reborn into a clone after her body was recovered. (Nudity alert: Full frontal)
