- The Hotel New Hampshire (1984) [Mrs. Berry]: Reportedly killed in a plane crash, along with her son (Seth Green) as they’re travelling to join the rest of their family. (I haven’t seen this episode, myself). (Thanks to Gilbert)
- Last Exit to Earth (1996) [Elder]: Dies of a genetically-engineered virus after David Groh releases it into their ventilation system. She dies in Kim Griest’s arms as Kim attempts (too late) to administer the antidote.
