- Dogma (1999) [Bethany Sloane]: Killed by a blast of mystical energy when she disconnects Bud Cort's life-support system in order to release God's spirit from His mortal form. Her body is shown afterwards when Kevin Smith carries her to the church. She is then brought back to life through divine intervention (literally) when God (Alanis Morissette) heals her.
