- The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus (2009) [Valentina's Mother]: Playing a dual role as mother and daughter, "Valentina's Mother" dies in childbirth (off-screen) sixteen years before the story begins; she only appears in flashback scenes as Christopher Plummer tells his story to "Valentina." - The Moth Diaries (2011) [Ernessa]: Commits suicide by slitting her wrists in a bathtub, 50 years before the story begins. She appears as an energy vampire throughout the movie, and her original death is shown in a flashback when Sarah Bolger discovers Lily's diary. She dies once again when Sarah douses Lily's coffin with gasoline and sets her on fire (with her appearing as a ghost, along with all her victims to Sarah). (Thanks to ND)
