- Riverdale: Chapter One Hundred and Twenty Two: Tales in a Jugular Vein (2023) [Betty Cooper]: In a series of short stories narrated by Cole Sprouse / Alex Rockhill, the segment The Beehive has Lili die after being bitten by multiple black widow spiders, after one crawls into her hair and lays eggs the night before; her body is shown at the morgue when Nikolai Witschl cuts into her hair and unknowingly releases the spiders. (Lili survives the episode in reality.)
- Riverdale: Chapter One Hundred and Thirty-Seven: Goodbye, Riverdale (2023) [Betty Cooper]: Dies of old age. However, Old Betty was portrayed by Michele Scarabelli when she dies. Lili portrays Betty during her entrance to Sweet Hereafter (Riverdale's version of Heaven) where she reunites KJ Apa, Cole Sprouse, Camila Mendes, Madelaine Petsch, Vanessa Morgan, Casey Cott, Karl Walcott, Charles Melton, Drew Ray Tanner, Abby Ross, Nicholas Barasch, and Alvin Sanders, who all passed away before she did.
