- Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017) [Praetorian Guard]: Killed by either Adam Driver or Daisy Ridley during a fight.
- Mission: Impossible - Fallout (2018) [Lark Decoy]: Shot in the head by Rebecca Ferguson as Liang was about to shoot Tom Cruise at the end of a fight.

As a professional stunt performer, Liang has "died" in place of other actors, including Pedro Pascal in Game of Thrones.
