Judge Dredd (1995) [Judge Brisco]: Shot to death by James Remar and several other thugs with machine guns, when Lex attempts to ambush James' thugs alone, despite being ordered to wait. Diane Lane drags Lex's body away, while Sylvester Stallone kills James and his thugs.
The Dark Knight Rises (2012) [Sewer Thug #2]: Shot in the chest with a handgun by Tom Hardy, causing his body to fall into a sewer and be washed away, after Lex and Cameron Jack had brought the unconscious Gary Oldman into Tom's base without permission. Lex is given a tracker before being shot, so his corpse can be followed, after Gary escapes through the sewers.
Dune: Part Two (2024) [Harkonnen Commander]: Details needed.

Highlander: The Series: Testimony (1995) [Ivan Kristov]: Decapitated with a sword off-screen by Stan Kirsch at the end of fight. His death is confirmed when we see flashes of lightning (as Stan absorbs his Quickening), though, since he had Stan on his knees, when we last see him, we are initially led to believe that it was Stan who was killed.
