Film Deaths[]
- Savage Dawn (1985) [Deputy Joe Bob]: Presumably killed off-screen when William Forsythe's men crash a tank into the prison. His death is never mentioned, but it's strong implied that he was killed with the rest of those in the in the prison.
- Rage of Honor (1987) [Havlock]: Mortally stabbed with a sword by Shô Kosugi. He falls in contaminated waters while he try to fight with Sho.
- Pinocchio's Revenge (1996) [Vincent Gotto]
- The Relic (1997) [John Whitney]: After he becomes a monster, he dies in an explosion while trying to kill Penelope Ann Miller. (NOTE: Lewis only appeared at the beginning of the film, but is later confirmed that he is the monster that appears through the whole movie, which is a combination of animatronics and CGI).
