- Dr. Phibes Rises Again (1972) [Baker]: Crushed to death when Vincent Price activates the mechanism that compresses' Lewis' bed; his head (obviously a special effects dummy) is shown afterwards sticking out of the compressed box when John Cater, Peter Jeffrey and Robert Quarry discover him.
- Who Can Kill a Child? (Quien puede matar a un niño? Island of the Damned; Lucifer's Curse, Trapped) (1976) [Tom]: Shot in the chest by a coast guard officer as Lewis is trying to defend himself against the killer children (leading the officer to think Lewis is attacking innocent kids) his body falls overboard into the water.
