- Dog Soldiers (2002) [Private Terry Milburn]: Mauled to death (off-screen) by the werewolves; we last see him being grabbed and pulled through the window.
- The Descent (2005) [Crawler]: Possibly killed by one of the women in the cavern. (Leslie's face was hidden by Mutant make-up for this role; I don't know which one of the "crawlers" he was, so I'm uncertain whether he's one of the ones that were killed).
- Doomsday (2008) [Carpenter]: Hit in the face with a spiked bat by Shaamilla Noordien.
