Videodrome (1983) [Barry Convex]: Shot in the chest and head by James Woods, using a gun that had become part of James' own hand. This "biological gun" causes a large number of growths and tumors to burst out of Les' body after the shooting (the tumor portion is considered to be part of James delusional vision caused by his own tumor killing him).

Friday the 13th: The Series: The Prisoner (1989) [Arkwright]: Stabbed in the stomach by Larry Joshua, while Leslie and Steve Monarque are fighting with Larry in the prison.
Murdoch Mysteries: The Ghost of Queen's Park (2013) [Dr. Ansel Fraser]: Dies of a heart attack (off-screen) when he sees Taylor Trowbridge impersonating a ghost. His body is shown afterwards when Jonny Harris and Georgina Reilly discover him, again as Yannick Bisson investigates the scene, and again later on in the morgue when Lynne Deragon identifies him.
