  • Starship Troopers (1997) [Mrs. Rico]: Killed (off-screen) in the aliens' attack on Buenos Aires. We see her on a video-phone transmission to Casper Van Dien, reacting to the noise as the attack begins before the transmission is cut off.

  • Murder, She Wrote: It's a Dog's Life (1984) [Trish Langley]: Skull fractured (off-screen) when the automatic gates close on her head, after Dean Jones knocks her out, places her in the gateway, and uses a signal to make the dog press the button to close the gate. The scene cuts away to Sandy Ward's reaction as the gate closes. (Thanks to Douglas)
  • Moonlighting: Read the Mind…See the Movie (1985) [Vivian Baker] Crushed to death when the ceiling collapses while she and Bruce Willis are struggling with a laser gun and it damages the ceiling above her.
  • Matlock: The Seduction (1986) [Cynthia Hyland]: Bludgeoned to death with a trophy by Joshua Bryant in John Beck's apartment. (Thanks to Douglas)
  • Santa Barbara: Episode 745 (1987) [Caroline Wilson Lockridge]: Dies of a rare illness, with Nicolas Coster by her bedside. (Thanks to Johan)
  • In the Heat of the Night: Fool for Love (1992) [Ardiss Hollins Talbot]: Poisoned by Robert Ginty; she dies afterwards during an argument with Arlene Golonka, making it look as though she died of a heart attack during the confrontation. (Thanks to Douglas)
