- Identity (2003) [Alice York]: Suffocated when Bret Loehr puts his hands over her mouth and nose while she’s lying in bed, recuperating from a car accident. Her body is shown afterwards when the survivors enter her room and discover that she’s dead; the murder itself is shown in a flashback later on. (There is an additional twist to the movie, which I won’t reveal.) (Thanks to PortsGuy)

- Diagnosis: Murder: The Murder Trade (1996) [Marsha McArthur]: Slashed to death offscreen with a custom ivory handled scalpel by Terry O'Quinn. She is last seen onscreen calling Dick Van Dyke (Who owned the scalpel) to meet her, and her hand is shown sticking out of a bush.
