- Sometimes a Great Nation (Never Give an Inch) (1971) [William Eggleston]: Accidentally falls to his death while putting up a marquee sign.
- Coffy (1973) [Nick]: Shot in the chest with a shotgun by Pam Grier when she attacks the bad guys' hideout.
- RoboCop (1987) [Sal]: Accidentally shot to death by one of his thug Allan Graf and he is shot by Peter Weller and turns while firing during a shootout in a warehouse between Peter and Kurtwood Smith's thugs.
- Pumpkinhead (1989) [Tom Harley]: Dies (off-screen), presumably of old age/ natural causes, at some point between the 1957 prologue and the main part of the film.
TV Deaths
- Gunsmoke: Waco (1968) [Fuller]: Crashes through the ranch house door with Tom Reese, falls over the table and as he gets up James Arness shoots him.(Thanks to Brian)
