- They Only Kill Their Masters (1972) [Jenny Campbell]: Drowned (off-screen) in her bathtub by June Allyson, shortly before the movie begins. Her body is shown afterwards in the ocean as her dog tries to pull her ashore. Lee was pregnant at the time of her death, consequently, her unborn child also died.

As a professional stunt performer, Lee also “died” in place of other actresses, including Joanna Cassidy in Blade Runner (1982).
