- Cobra (1986) [Nancy Stalk]: Accidentally shot in the back with a shotgun by Brian Thompson (who was aiming for Sylvester Stallone) after Lee jumps on top of Sylvester (trying to keep him from shooting Brian), and Sylvester swings her in the line of fire.

- Six Feet Under: The Rainbow of Her Reasons (2005) [Fiona Kleinschmidt]: Falls to her death while hiking up a hill with Patricia Clarkson; her body is later seen in the morgue during several scenes. (Nudity alert: Topless in morgue)
