The Devil's Ground (The Cycle) (2008) [Amy Singer]: Killed (off-screen, exact method unspecified) by Twan Holliday; after she tells her story to Daryl Hannah, it's revealed that Leah was killed and that she's been a ghost all along. (Thanks to Stephen)
Watchmen (2009) [Silhouette's Girlfriend]: Shot in the head (off-screen) by an unknown assailant in her bedroom; her body is shown afterwards lying alongside Apollonia Vanova's as the police investigate, during the opening-credits montage. (Thanks to Tommy)

Supernatural: Two Minutes to Midnight (2010) [Palomino]: Dies off-screen after coughing up blood (while having chicken pox) after Matt Frewer uses the ring on his finger to cause it to happen. We see her body on the floor later.
Undercover Wife (Not with His Wife) (2016;TV movie) [Gemma Wheeler]: Shot dead by Ryan Robbins as Leah is attempting to kill Jewel Staite.
The 100: Ye Who Enter Here (2016) [Gina Martin]: Held from behind and stabbed repeatedly in the abdomen by an assassin from the Ice Nation.
Batwoman: Rebirth (2021) [Tatiana]: Stabbed in the neck by Rachel Skarsten at the end of a fight.
Earth Abides: Alone (2024) [Ann]: Either shoots herself or is shot by Martin Donovan off-screen as part of a murder-suicide pact, we only hear the gunshots as Alexander Ludwig drives off.
