- Glee: Bad Reputation (2010) [Rachel Berry]: In a film-within-the-film music-video sequence, she is shot by Stephen Tobolowsky when she steps in front of Cory Monteith and takes the bullet for him. She dies in Cory's arms shortly afterwards while singing to him, and reappears as an angel at the end of the video. (She survives the episode in reality, obviously.) (Thanks to Tommy)
